How to buy?

- Select the item and add it to your shopping basket.
- Choose to continue shopping or to check out.
- You can check out by either with your account or as a guest.
- Select a payment method.
- Confirm the order.
- You will receive a confirmation via e-mail.
Where can i receive my order?

How long will it take my order to arrive?
Standard deliveries will take 1 to 5 working days. You will receive an e-mail with track & trace information.

How much do I pay for the delivery?
All orders above 150€ will be shipped for free world wide.
The shipping fee for orders below 150€ depends on your location. See details below.

All shipments outside Europe may be subject to import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and are levied once your package reaches your country. Styling by Claudia does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be: and in the event you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear custom. Will out of stock items be restocked?
If an item is out of stock, I will try to restock it as soon as possible.
If no stock is available, the item will be removed from the website.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order. If you didn't receive an e-mail, please contact me.
It is possible to return your order. Submit your request in our Return Center. You will need your order number and e-mail to log in. We will look in to your request to see if a refund is allowed. If your request is approved, you will be able to send your order back without any shipping costs.
